Definitely agree that too much wasted time is spent scrolling in an alternative reality that even adults overdo looking for who knows what. The tragedy is when teenagers with adolescents' prefrontal brains still in development start these habits that can permeate their adult lives. So much research continues to show negative factors on both adults and children.
