Early retirement opportunities are very circumstantial for individuals. I was fortunate enough to have property to sell to activate early retirement. One of my biggest regrets is spending money on too many clothes / shoes, some with designer labels that are now bargain basement oddities. Basic clothing with a few accesories are compliment enough. Save your money.
