Is Food your Friend, Foe or Ultra Formulated with Non-Food Ingredients
How would you complete this sentence:
Eating is about ________________________________.
Your description may or may not match others, but don’t you think there should be a common purpose? Example: Eating is about feeding the balance of right nutrients for healthy cdells.
From the body’s point of view, eating is about the biological purpose of providing energy and nutrients to individual cells. The food you eat assimilates into your blood stream. The nutrients circulate in your blood to create cells, tissues, organs and the brain. Molecules of food are incorporated into the structures of the cells.
Stop and think … your food becomes the building blocks for your cells. Will they be “resilient bricks” or empty “straw fabrications?” Imagine that disease like the wolf comes attacking and the “door” is your mouth…the controls are your spoon and fork.
Your plate is your fate but who will decide what you put on it?
What is happening to our food supply and its effect on our eating habits?
Why does more research show the inevitable link between food and chronic diseases? Is it about personal choice or terrible propaganda?
Why is ultra processed food the biggest enemy agent for disease and profits for mega industries?
Why has Mother Nature’s nutrient profiles remained largely minimal and undisclosed?
Never take your food choices for granted
Perception of food should include many factors such as culture, geography, soil, marketing, processing, advertising, education, and income that goes far beyond food stuff found in a store to put on your plate.
Food is the fuel you put into your body, the value exceeding just taste, convenience or psychological need.
The bottom line is you wouldn’t put sludge into a car’s engine … why would you deliberately contaminate the infinite cellular interdependence of your body? Even more unexplainable, why add strange…
