What a tragic statistic...time scrolling through artificial reality and useless entertainment. Imagine 12 hours spent OFFLINE helping in the community or hands-on hobbies, crafts and skills. The classroom to educate is the one best common place to impose some rules about cellphone use. Who says NOT?
